State of Utah Granted Extension By 10th Circuit on Marriage Recognition Case
August 27, 2014 — On Tuesday, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals announced that they would grant the state of Utah more time to file an appeal of a federal court’s ruling, ordering that Utah must recognize the marriages of more than 1,300 same-sex couples who married in December.
